Placing Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may be adjusted based on material costs and production demands. Full payment is required before production begins. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. If you are placing a large or recurring order, we offer bulk discounts and custom pricing—please reach out to discuss your needs. Customers receive a detailed invoice before order confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Since each order is custom-made, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once production has begun. However, if an issue arises, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist. If an error occurs on our part, we will correct the issue or provide a replacement. Customers must notify us of any concerns within 7 days of receiving their order. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Warranties

KAD3D makes every effort to provide high-quality prints and components, but we do not offer guarantees or warranties beyond those required by Australian consumer protection laws. Warranties do not apply if:

The defect arises from customer-supplied designs that were not optimized for 3D printing.

Liabilities
