STL, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, OBJ, 3MF, DXF/DWG and ZIP are supported (max ~200 MB). Photos/sketches aren’t quotable—ask us for CAD help or file fixing. Tech-specific note: Minimum wall thickness and tolerances vary by tech; we’ll flag any risks at quote.
You’ll see the earliest date in the instant quote. Standard and Express options appear if eligible. Tech-specific note: FDM: Standard ~3 business days; 24-Hour Express available. SLA/SLS/MJF: Standard ~2 weeks; Express 3–5 business days (limited capacity). SLM: 2–3 weeks; express not available.
No MOQs—order one or many. Minimum order value is $55.
We recommend materials for strength, heat, chemical resistance or surface finish. Tech-specific note: FDM: PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA (outdoor). SLA: clear, black, tough, flexible, high-temp resins. SLS/MJF: PA12 nylon (dye/finish options). SLM: stainless steel, aluminium, titanium.
Engineering-fit parts are our default; exact accuracy depends on geometry and size. We confirm critical fits during review. Tech-specific note: SLA/MJF/SLS/SLM typically achieve tighter tolerances and better repeatability than FDM. Ask us if you have a critical dimension or press-fit.
Yes. We offer smoothing, polishing and application-specific finishes. Tech-specific note: SLA: paint, clear polish, transparency workflows. SLS/MJF: dyeing and digital infusion (seal/food-safe; manual quote). SLM: polishing; surface improvement on request. (Some finishes add time/cost.)
We handle small prototypes to large functional parts; the quote tool will warn if a model exceeds our build envelope. For oversize work, ask—we’ll propose a split-and-bond or alternate process. Tech-specific note: FDM supports our largest in-house single builds; others depend on part geometry.
Yes—confidential by default and NDA-friendly. We only use your files to produce your job.
Absolutely. We repair files, thicken walls, add clearances, and can design from measurements or scans. Design jobs are manually quoted; we’ll guide you on the fastest path.
