MJF PA12 Black nylon 3d Printed assembly

WHAT IS LASER CUTTING?

2D subtractive manufacturing for flat sheets. A focused beam cuts and engraves MDF and acrylic with crisp kerfs and repeatable accuracy—great for fast prototypes and short-run parts. We run a 1200 × 900 mm bed and stock MDF (3/6/9 mm) and acrylic (3/6/10 mm). Laser cut acrylic leaves a clean, gloss edge; MDF may show a light, uniform char that we can minimise with protective film or a quick sand. We apply kerf compensation for snug press-fits and can add etched labels, logos, and score lines for bends—no minimums, fast turnarounds.
