Yes. Send the part (or fragments) or upload clear photos with a ruler. We’ll measure/scan it, rebuild production-ready CAD (STEP + STL) and include a free fit-check sample.
The clock starts once we receive your part/photos, lock scope, and take payment (weekdays, 12 pm cut-off). Simple parts: first sample from 48 h. Complex parts/assemblies: we’ll quote a clear delivery window.
Our Make-it-Right Guarantee covers one free revision: we adjust the CAD to the agreed dims and re-print the sample at no cost.
We agree critical dimensions up front. Typical fit-check prints hit around ±0.2–0.3 mm on common plastics; CAD is modelled to tighter nominal. We’ll confirm achievable tolerances in your quote.
Yes. We’ll reverse-engineer each component, supply CAD, and provide a plastic fit-check sample. For metal or complex assemblies, we’ll advise the best manufacturing route and timeline when quoting.
Choose what’s easiest: drop-off in Reservoir, request a courier label, Express Post, or upload photos if posting isn’t possible. We’ll confirm intake and start the 48-hour clock.
Fixed-fee for CAD + test sample, based on size, complexity and critical features—no surprises. If you proceed to production, we quote that separately.
Absolutely. NDA by default—we can sign yours or provide ours. Files are access-controlled; we retain them only to manufacture your parts and can delete on request.
We produce like-for-like replacements for parts you own and use. If a design is protected or approval is required, we’ll flag it and advise the compliant path before work begins.
