Rubber-like SLS — flexible, complex lattices with no supports.
SLS TPU builds genuinely rubber-like parts with no support structures, so complex flexible lattices, cushions and seals print freely. It bends and springs back like TPU filament, at production-grade consistency across a full build. Naturally off-white, commonly dyed black.
SLS TPU is used for flexible end-use parts and lattices — cushioning, shoe midsoles, ergonomic grips and shock-absorbing pads — where a rubbery, complex geometry is printed in one piece.
Matte, slightly grainy off-white off the machine; dyes black and bead-blasts.
Natural off-white as-printed; dyed black via dye.

Parts printed in TPU 95A in SLS can be finished a number of ways at KAD3D, from a clean functional surface to a fully painted, display-ready result. The treatments below are the ones we most often apply to this material.
