Rubber-like SLS — flexible, complex lattices with no supports.
SLS TPU builds genuinely rubber-like parts with no support structures, so complex flexible lattices, cushions and seals print freely. It bends and springs back like TPU filament, at production-grade consistency across a full build. Naturally off-white, commonly dyed black.
SLS TPU is used for flexible end-use parts and lattices — cushioning, shoe midsoles, ergonomic grips and shock-absorbing pads — where a rubbery, complex geometry is printed in one piece.
Matte, slightly grainy off-white off the machine; dyes black and bead-blasts.
Natural off-white as-printed; dyed black via dye.
Lead times are indicative and start from order confirmation. Actual turnaround varies model by model, depending on part geometry, print time, quantity and shipping location. Express service incurs an additional charge. Express availability is subject to current machine capacity — please confirm when ordering.

Parts printed in TPU 95A in SLS can be finished a number of ways at KAD3D, from a clean functional surface to a fully painted, display-ready result. The treatments below are the ones we most often apply to this material.
Most popular finish: Bead-blast and dye black; seal for liquid-contact parts.
To make material costs easy to compare, KAD3D prints the same standard model — the #3DBenchy — in every material. The price shown is what that identical benchmark part costs in TPU 95A, so you can weigh materials against each other on a genuine like-for-like basis before uploading your own file.
Benchmark price is a guide for comparison only; your part is quoted on its own size, geometry and finishing. Upload your model for an exact price.

Lattice cushioning, seals, grips, and flexible end-use parts.
Often chosen by Sydney and Perth teams for flexible lattice cushioning and seals where complex geometry rules out moulding and a genuinely rubber-like part is needed.
Stands in for moulded rubber and cast polyurethane lattices.
