Selective laser sintering builds PA12 with no support structures, so interlocking and internal geometry print freely. Parts are tough, chemically resistant and near-isotropic, with a fine matte surface. Naturally white, they are commonly dyed black.
SLS nylon PA12 is the industry standard for functional prototypes and short-run production: snap-fits, living hinges, ducts, brackets and enclosures that need to survive real handling and assembly.
